Today's workout consisted of a whole lotta hang cleans and sit ups in a countdown format. Pretty much hate hang cleans still for several reasons; They are awkward, I look awkward while doing them and I feel awkward while doing them. Pretty much a whole lot of awkwardness going on with workouts involving hang cleans. But, I did it and did fine. Today I ate my egg casserole for breakfast, turkey chili for lunch, unsalted almonds around 3 since I tend to get hungry then and thai lettuce wraps for dinner.
Oh, and according to the below picture I found on Pinterest while adding to my fitness pinboard I will start seeing my body change in 29 days.... Day two- D $1. Get it giirrrrlllll ;-)
