Parties over- it's business, it's business time!!!

THAT is how I started off my New Year! First workout of the new year and yup, you guessed it. Worst. One. EVER! First off, Dear box jumps- GFY! THEN, pop-ups (basically burpees bastard child) REALLY?!? Were you trying to kill me? I'm guessing yes! Oh, and then lets talk about my arms...basically I still can't feel them so perhaps it's better to talk about them tomorrow. Ugh! BUT, as much as I wanted to die during the workout and as dramatic as this post is written. I LOVE how I feel now. I really pushed myself hard an that is such a great feeling :) 


Oh, and I started my lil eating routine today too. Spent a majority of my day yesterday getting lost and roaming aimlessly around the grocery store collecting my ingredients (one of my least favorite places-EVER) and then the rest of the day cooking. On the menu this week you ask? Egg casserole for breakfast, teriyaki chicken lettuce wraps, turkey chili, and chicken sausage and peppers- snacks include hummus, carrots, unsalted nuts and berries. Not too bad. 


Day one- Danielle $1- whoop whoop! One day a time....Now off to look at my Pinterest for tomorrow's motivation :)
