Day #3- Today I signed up for the Daily challenge followed by Yoga. I was quite sore from my other 2 workouts thus far this week so I knew I was in for a quite a treat! Another ass kicking workout tonight! This one included some dead lifts, running, kettle bell swings, jump rope and reverse plank and jog 5 times through. Yeah, I know...it was as much of a ass kicking as it sounds like! But felt great after. Yoga was really good to, but towards the end my body really almost lost it. In regards to my eating plan today was the hardest day so far. I felt SOOOOOOO hungry all day and was craving sweets like a mad woman.
This was almost me....
BUT, I didn't succumb to my craving and my coworkers literally shoving a piece of cake in my face- Yay me :-) *SNAPS! Day 3- D $1- Woo woo! Keep it going....one day at a time.
