DC + Yoga= gets me every time!


Today I did the daily challenge followed by yoga again. I love Thursday's for this very reason, yet by time I'm done my body can no longer function well. Our main exercise today was squats and there was a an extra long run. Right when I got done I was like, "Woah, I'm surprised that wasn't too bad." Then once we started the yoga class it kicked in and my legs were really shaking. Holding the poses was quite a difficult task for both my legs and noodle arms. Felt so good to stretch it out though and really happy I did both. Another good job with my eating plan today too :-) Day 10- D $1. Only a couple more weeks before I should notice results. Should look like this in no time....
