Pull Ups
BW Lunges
Push Ups
Sit Ups
That my friend was tonight's workout. You could imagine how excited my noodle arms were to give that whirl! I am terrified of what my arms/shoulders are going to feel like tomorrow, but post workout I'm excited I survived. It hurt oh so good tonight. Not going to the gym again for a whole week due to the holidays and it being closed :-( Looking forward to going full force after the new year. #BOOM
